An exterior job with us runs in three phases: planning at your house, prep and painting, then a walk-through with your project manager.
Before anything starts, we meet you to go over the details, the schedule, and where the crew should keep their tools. We can match your current color, bring brochures, send a color consultant, or paint up to three samples on the house.
Prep comes first. Paint doesn’t hold well on glossy, dirty or unprimed surfaces, so that work is done before any finish goes on. We also replace damaged siding and trim before it gets painted.

Can I see colors on the house before you start?
Yes. We’re happy to paint up to three color samples on your home, and a color consultant can meet you at the house if you want help choosing.
Will it be the same painters every day?
Yes. The same crew members work on your project from start to finish, and they’ll introduce themselves at the start if you like.
Do you replace rotten siding or trim?
Yes. Siding and trim replacement is part of what we do, so damaged boards get fixed before they’re painted.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Terms depend on the type of work and come in writing with your estimate.
